In partnership with St. Joseph Health we are excited to launch the 10 Week Elevate Challenge!! The challenge starts January 22!
Are you looking for a way to elevate your physical fitness? Let’s start the year off with a 10 Week Wellness Challenge to be active and fit with your coworkers, family or friends. This activity challenge is open to the general public so help spread the word and invite those around you to be healthy. As a County employee, you can use your wellness funds to get reimbursed for the $12.00 registration fee. The program will include weekly e-newsletters and recording reminders, a meal planner, deals at your local grocery store and so much more.
How do I Participate?
- Register for the challenge at
- Employees use group code: LHWCSOCO.
- Registration is open from January 2ndto 29th, you can register one week into the program start date. The Challenge will start on January 22nd.
- Set a physical activity personal goal : __________ min/week.
- Note the minimum activity goal to be eligible for prizes is 150 min/week (that’s 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week).
- Record your exercise minutes and/or weight each day online, or sync your favorite apps or devices to your online portal (MyFitnessPal, Fitbit…)
- Start exercising: (Walk, Run, Bike, Hike, Swim, Garden….. whatever you enjoy!)
- The first 50 employees to register will receive a $15 MasterCard gift card (50 Winners)
- Minutes of Physical Activity Raffle (20 Winners)
- Any employee who logs at least 150 minutes of exercise per week will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 MasterCard gift card
- Participation Raffle (5 Winners)
- Any employee who logs activity each day of the challenge will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 MasterCard gift card
- Percentage of weight loss
- Employee who has the highest percentage of weight loss during the 10 weeks will win a prize
