Supplemental Rates for Emergency Foster Care

Emergency Foster Homes receive an additional $700 a month per child for up to three months or longer depending on a child’s special needs. For example: Infants and children through 4 years of age receive $446 monthly for their care plus $700 for a total of $1146 per month.

Yearly Clothing Allowance

Infants and Children through 6 years - $216
Children 7 through 12 years - $251
Children and youths 13 through 20 years - $327

Clothing allowances are issued yearly in September and at each placement (initial and change in placement).
